Call Center Agent for a Telehealth Provider

A Top Telehealth Company is seeking customer care representatives who can take inbound calls from the comfort of their home.


Job Description:


  • Here are the scope of services one can expect to handle on a daily basis for the Program

  • Assisting new or existing patients in a friendly courteous manner when processing requests for consultations with MDLIVE physicians.

  • Assisting patients to reset their login/passwords, troubleshoot their MDLIVE.COM profile and mobile app and if need be, escalate to create ticket in Salesforce for client.

  • Making callbacks using the outbound procedure when required by client or patient as a follow up.

  • Become very familiar with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare laws and regulations. We require completion of certain healthcare modules each year in order to remain on the program

  • Registering new patients on the service through the patient’s affiliation or organization

  • Having outstanding problem-solving skills

  • Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure

  • Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication

  • Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service


Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)

  • Must have a quiet distraction free work environment

  • Must have minimum computer specifications or better as described by client (laptop or desktop)

  • Must have a USB headset with a microphone is necessary for certification and service calls.

  • Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection

  • Must have a smartphone or mobile device. Any iOS or Android device recommended.

  • Must be able to purchase a flash drive necessary to access the Arise Secure Desktop(ASD)

  • Must have webcam to use during training only

 

Service Type: Inbound Call Center


Minimum Required Work Commitment: 15 Hours Each Week

Weekend Requirements: 5 Hours Required on Saturday or Sunday (or combination of both).

Schedule Availability: 7 Days A Week | 24/7 | 365 days a year.

Schedule Structure: You Control Own Schedule

Virtual Training Schedule: Morning or Afternoon Schedule - 4 hours a day.

Location: US ONLY excluded states (CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)

Work Environment: At Home In Your Pajamas

Pay Rate: $11.50 - $12/hour
